Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, Colby brings a strong, disciplined work ethic paired with a family-oriented mindset. With 12 years of experience in both commercial and residential electrical work, he began his career in 2013 and ranked at the top of his apprenticeship class by his fourth year. Colby earned his Journeyman License in 2017 and his Master’s License in 2018. As the owner and founder of Guardian Electrical Services, he oversees all day-to-day operations.

Keri is the driving force behind the success and continued growth of Guardian Electrical Services. She brings four years of experience in the construction industry, along with over 15 years of expertise in product coordination and office and team management. Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, Keri is the wife of Colby Young and a partner in their entrepreneurial ventures. She plays a vital role in daily operations, ensuring every team member at Guardian has the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Dominic has 10 years of commercial and residential electrical experience.  He is incredibly skillful in project coordination and quality electrical installations. Dominic is in charge of all field operations and quality control and prides himself in delivering the highest quality electrical installations to all of our clients. He is a key member in the business development and growth of Guardian.

Billy Curran has 8 years of commercial and residential electrical experience. He started his career in 2014 and took a 4 year break from the industry to pursue other ventures. Billy and Colby have worked together for a long time in office construction, hospital construction and more. He helps Dominic Ayala in project completion and apprentice training.

Jasmin brings over 10 years of secretarial experience to her role, with the past 2 years spent at Guardian Electrical Services managing project finances, time tracking, and client billing. She takes great pride in being part of such a dedicated, hardworking team that is committed to delivering top-quality service to every client. Jasmin’s organizational skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the company

Dylan has been in the construction industry for 6 years. He started and completed his schooling in HVAC installations and services. Dylan is now pursuing a career in electrical construction as a 1st year apprentice. With his current knowledge and experience he will grow rapidly within the electrical industry.

With over 30 years of industry sales experience, Mitch brings deep expertise and a relationship-driven approach to his work. A Nebraska native now based in Denver, Colorado, he excels at building new client connections while strengthening long-standing partnerships.

Born and raised in Colorado, Adam brings a positive, ambitious mindset to our team. Though he has two years of experience in construction, he draws on more than 10 years of experience across multiple industries. His strong local roots allow him to build and grow lasting relationships throughout the region.

Raised in Hawaiʻi, Caleb moved away to follow his passion for electrical construction with his brother, Colby. As a third-year apprentice, he brings strong skills in both commercial and residential work. He also plays a key role in managing our social media across various platforms.
